State of the Art and Status of the Worldwide Standardization Activities

This paper describes the state of the art and the current position in terms of the efforts to standardize the modern diagnostics procedures known as Sweep Frequency Response Analysis and dielectric diagnostics. Both these procedures are making the transition from the developmental stage to solid aspects of the state of the art.
